Job description
We’re looking for someone who is a strong storyteller (narratively and visually), and understands how to create content that scale brands. You will be tasked with establishing strong relationships with cross-functional teams and continually working to optimize processes. As a Content Strategist, you must be organized, a strong communicator, team player, and have a proven ability to inspire and motivate the team. This position requires the ability to work with minimal direction and the capacity to move quickly while delivering creative that will ensure high-quality results.
Key responsibilities include:
Ability to generate compelling content. This will include editorial content for blog articles that will be published
Understanding of how to engage an audience across our social channels
Write, edit, publish/post and promote compelling blog posts
Actively execute and manage blogs, ensuring regular blog maintenance is in accordance with the plan
Stay current on industry trends for possible opportunities to attract new readers or create stronger, more engaging content
Maximize site traffic by utilizing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) keywords
Stay current on digital marketing technology, new trends, innovations, and the latest in the social media landscape and apply it appropriately
Invite and assist other bloggers, experts, or other notable guests to contribute content to the web page
Manage the editorial calendar and align content channels to maximize reach and conversion with other content strategists
Spearhead multiple projects including brainstorms, creative briefs, success metrics etc.
Partner with internal teams to develop strategic campaigns for increasing brand awareness
Other duties, as assigned.
